How much does this cost?
Sponsors: Sponsors are given free exhibitor space, the space being based off of sponsorship amount.
Exhibitors: We base exhibitor space off of table space needed. The more space you need, the higher the rate.
Non-Profit & Small Business: Same as exhibitors, but at a reduced rate. If applying as one of these designations, SBP and OSHSA reserve the right to request proper documentation.
Do I need power, power strip, extension cord?
If you do, you must check that box(es) on the checkout. Thoise will be an additional charge that is charged by the hotel.
